Flowers Crossing is a swim and tennis community of 550 homes located on Five Forks Trickum Road in Lawrenceville. Flowers Crossing has a reputation in our area as an excellent place to live. We are a very active and friendly neighborhood.

Our amenities enable us to offer many social and recreational activities throughout the year. The amenities we offer include a clubhouse, 2 swimming pools, 4 tennis courts, picnic areas, and a playground.

Our community is located in the Brookwood Cluster of the Gwinnett County Public Schools. We are served by Craig Elementary School, A.C. Crews Middle School, and Brookwood High School. 

Membership in our community association is required of all homeowners. There is a quarterly assessment for the maintenance and upkeep of all common areas. The association is governed by a voluntary board of directors elected by the homeowners of the community. Residents also serve on various committees such as: Architectural, Community Affairs, Tennis, Pool, Social, Landscape, Crime/Speed Watch, and Clubhouse.

Our community is professionally managed by Bayview Community Services.
